ineffective ac falling tiles
The ac was about as effective as a gentle breeze. the room i was assigned seemed like it hadn't been updated since disco was all the rage. Pretty sure i saw a lava lamp hiding in the corner, or maybe that was just the dust. also, the pool tiles were falling off. It was like swimming in a demolition site waiting to happen.

amazing breakfast friendly staff convenient location
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered great variety and the quality was superb. The staff were friendly. Everyone greeted me. The location is also very convenient. Terminal 21 shopping mall is close.

clean room friendly staff delicious breakfast
I just loved how big and clean my room was. all the staff were so nice, everyone i walked past said hello. i ate breakfast one day and it was delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection!
the ac in the room wasn't working perfectly, though it was manageable.

The large pool had many shaded areas due to the trees. It was relaxing. the hotel featured two pools, one included a bar, so refreshing drinks were always within reach, so convenient!

lovely layout comfortable bed excellent air-conditioning dated room missing lifts aggressive staff
The resort's layout was lovely! The room was cleaned daily, and bottled water was topped up. The bed was VERY comfortable and the air-conditioning provided a needed respite from the heat.
The room I had was dated. There were no lifts, so I had to carry my cases. The staff at reception were somewhat aggressive and uncommunicative, a shame.

A Generally Positive Experience

clean room lovely buffet relaxing pool area air conditioning aging hotel closed shops
The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast had a lovely buffet with various options. I found the pool area relaxing (the trees provided plenty of shade).
The air conditioning had some issues. I noticed that the hotel is starting to show its age. I also observed that former shops and restaurants in the surrounding area are now closed.
